Sulaimon Ayobami Jagunmolu

Sulaimon Jagunmolu is a seasoned logistics and transport management professional with extensive experience in freight forwarding, cargo handling, export operations, and customs clearing. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Transport Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, where he gained a strong foundation in transportation systems and supply chain processes.

His professional journey with Valuehandlers International Limited began in 2015 during his Industrial Training (IT). This early opportunity gave him invaluable practical exposure to real-world logistics operations, allowing him to apply his academic knowledge directly within the industry. In addition to logistics, Sulaimon also contributed to the company’s digital marketing efforts during this period, showcasing his versatility and commitment to learning.

Following his internship, he remained with Valuehandlers remotely, supporting key functions within the digital marketing and logistics departments from 2015 to July 2019. His dedication and consistent performance led to a full-time appointment in 2019 as Logistics Executive.

In this role, Sulaimon works closely with internal teams, vendors, and strategic partners to coordinate core logistics operations, including:

• Clearing and forwarding of goods/cargo at sea and air ports;
• Managing customs documentation and compliance procedures;
• Overseeing the safe and efficient distribution of goods across the country;
• Supporting and coordinating the company’s export business.
• Supporting customer service personnel in customer relationship management.

To strengthen his professional capacity, Sulaimon has attended several industry-focused trainings in cargo handling, freight forwarding, export management, and port clearing operations — programs designed to deepen understanding of international trade regulations, port processes, customs clearance procedures, and freight documentation requirements. These trainings reflect his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in logistics execution.

Over the years, Sulaimon has developed strong skills in export processing and international freight coordination, managing significant cargo volumes to destinations worldwide by both air and sea. His growing expertise and industry insight have played a key role in transforming the logistics department into a self-sufficient and high-performance unit within the company.
